1、 Product Introduction

Guangzhou Putong customizes a twin-screw extrusion casting film testing machine for customers, which is a precision equipment for preparing PEEK modified films.

The twin-screw extrusion casting experimental machine mainly consists of precision twin-screw extruder, screen changer, casting mold, casting unit, and computer measurement and analysis system. The test material is first melted and homogenized by a precision twin-screw extruder, and then sent to the casting die at a constant speed by a melt pump. It is formed by a casting unit, and the instrument measures and records the real-time pressure change curve of the melt before the pump to achieve stable extrusion of the material.

2、 Equipment characteristics

Strong applicability - The small precision twin-screw mixing extruder adopts a split structure and parallel meshing co rotating twin-screw structure, equipped with feeding, exhaust ports, and closed stopper blocks. The threaded components can be recombined according to the material characteristics to achieve mixing of materials with different characteristics and improve the mixing effect.

High precision - servo drive, stable and accurate speed; Optimized temperature control system, multi zone temperature control, precise temperature control;

High temperature treatment - The screw barrel mold head can all undergo high temperature treatment, and the working temperature can reach 450 ℃.
